There are times the ladies may miss a piece of hair but that certainly does not mean the bed had just been brushed off and then the bed remade. I can assure you EVERY bed is changed and clean sheets ARE put on EVERY bed before you check in. The ladies are there to help you during these hours and I am glad they gave you clean sheets. We are open daily from 9:30 to 6:00pm, 7 days a week. When you rent an apartment at The Dream Inn you are renting an individually owned apartment, as are your neighbors. The place is definitely in need of a better system for after hours! I understand the beach being crowded and we were okay with other guests enjoying themselves but after hours as the sun set Sunday evening and the ladies had left there were extremely loud Spanish music playing just below us and hollering and slamming doors at one time I reached out to local authorities to file a complaint and couldn’t get a answer from the local police department.♀️ The views were good but there are plenty of other places to stay where they control the loud noises and have some restrictions and such! Don’t get me wrong I’m okay with to each to own but I believe in having a little respect for others at the same time and as far as I can tell you are on your own and should beware of whom they put in next to you. The other complaint I have is the noise! we have just lost our son and was looking for a place to just sit and watch the waves. Plenty of room in the 1 bedroom unit with ocean view no balcony and in the living room was 2 additional beds so basically it’s a 2 bedroom kitchen unit no couch or place to sit. We brought it to their attention immediately and was given fresh sheets. As soon as they leave you cannot get in touch with anyone when you have a problem! The room was dated and poorly cleaned, we found hair in the bed sheets as if they were brushed off and re-made. First off the ladies running the place are fantastic as long as they are here.
